General terms and conditions

Last Updated: May 2026 ​ This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitutes an official agreement between the owners of this website/order form (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Our Space") and the user or customer of the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Client", "You").

By placing an order on our website or via the Google Form, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. ​
 

1. User Requirements and Restrictions

​

  • Age Restrictions: We provide services to individuals who have reached the age of full financial self-determination. If we become aware that a Client is under 18 years of age and is unaccompanied by or lacks the consent of parents (or legal guardians) to place an order, the service will be refused.

  • Ethical Restrictions on Orders: Our Space operates exclusively within the scope of eco-friendly and light practices. We categorically do not provide services or perform altar work for requests aimed at causing any harm to a human being or the living world, including hexes, love spells, curses, and other destructive magical influences. ​

2. Main Commercial Terms, Deadlines, and Service Format

​

  • Digital Services (Tarot): The process of conducting a reading takes 2 days, and its detailed text analysis and formatting takes 1 day. The total execution time is 3 days from the moment of payment. The result is provided exclusively in electronic format.

  • Physical Goods (Omamori Amulets): The crafting of an amulet takes 1 day, and its charging and activation on the altar takes another 1 day. Shipping is carried out within 1 week from the moment the order is placed.

  • Reservation of the Right to Change Offers: We reserve the right to change the list of services, the assortment of goods, their descriptions, and their prices at any time without prior notice. ​

3. Payment Methods and Terms

​

  • Currently, the only available payment method is the PayPal payment system.

  • We are actively working on expanding our technical capabilities and adding new convenient payment methods, which will be announced on the website.

  • All services and goods are provided on a 100% prepayment basis. An order enters production/processing only after confirmation of receipt of funds. ​

4. Delivery and International Shipping

​

  • We provide international delivery of Omamori amulets worldwide.

  • Physical shipments are dispatched from the territory of Poland via the logistics service Nova Post or local postal services of the destination country. Delivery times depend on the carrier. ​

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Indemnification Policy

​

  • Cancellation of Services: Since each order (Tarot, Omamori, cleansing) represents individualized spiritual and material labor, funds are non-refundable once direct work on your request has commenced.

  • Damage During Transportation: If a physical item (amulet) is damaged during delivery, each situation is considered on an individual basis. Depending on the degree of damage to its spiritual and aesthetic value, funds may be partially or fully refunded within 1 calendar month from the date of agreement. ​

6. Intellectual Property Rights

​ All text materials, descriptions of rituals, reading structures, product photographs, logos, and general website content are our intellectual property. The use or copying of materials without our consent is prohibited. ​

7. Limitation of Financial Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

​ Spiritual practices, Tarot readings, and energy work are tools for analysis and internal support. The results of the services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. The Client assumes full responsibility for decisions made based on the information received. We are not liable for delays or loss of packages that occur due to the fault of postal and customs services. ​

8. Right to Block and Refuse Service

​ We reserve the right to unilaterally refuse service to a Client or to temporarily/permanently block access to orders in the event of aggression, disrespect toward our space, violation of these Terms, or suspicion of unethical intentions. ​

9. Right to Amend These Terms

​ We reserve the right to periodically change and adjust these Terms. The new version comes into effect from the moment of its publication on this page. ​

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

​ All disputes, disagreements, or legal issues arising in connection with the execution of these Terms shall be resolved through peaceful negotiations. In the event that a dispute cannot be settled through negotiations, the case shall be reviewed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. ​
