Rules for returning goods and money

We value your trust and strive to ensure that every interaction with our space is environmentally friendly and transparent. Since our services and products are custom-made, we have the following rules in place:

 

🔮 Digital services and altar work (Tarot, cleansing)

 

• Before work begins: You can cancel an order and receive a full refund only before we begin processing it.

• After the start of work, since Tarot spreads, amulet creation, and rituals are individual spiritual and material work, no refunds will be made after the start of direct work on your request.

 

📦 Physical goods (Omamori amulets)

 

We carefully package each order, but if your amulet was damaged during shipping, we will definitely find a solution:

• Depending on the individual spiritual and aesthetic value of the damage, we provide a partial or full refund.

• Refunds in such cases last for 1 calendar month from the moment the situation is recorded and jointly agreed upon.
