Delivery rules

We strive to make every interaction with our space comfortable, bright, and clear for you. Please read our delivery policies for digital services, physical goods (Omamori amulets), and refund policies.

 

1. Delivery of digital services (Tarot Spreads)
 

All Tarot spreads and spiritual consultations are created individually at your request.

  • Execution time: The process of analysis and scheduling takes 2 days. Detailed text analysis and processing of the result takes another 1 day. Thus, the total execution time of a digital order is 3 days from the moment of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery format: The result of your schedule is sent exclusively electronically to the communication channel you specified (Instagram DM, Telegram or Email).

 

2. Creation and delivery of physical goods (Omamori amulets)
 

Each Omamori amulet is created by hand and undergoes a sacred activation cycle on the altar.

  • Production time: The amulet takes 1 day to create. The next 1 day is dedicated to its deep charging on the altar in service to Inari Okami.

  • Shipping times: Taking into account the creation, activation and logistics processes, the Omamori amulet will be shipped to you within one week of ordering.

  • Geography and delivery services: We provide international delivery worldwide.

    • Shipping is carried out from Poland using Nova Post or local delivery services of the destination country.

    • The terms and cost of transportation depend on your country of residence and are calculated individually or according to the carrier's rates.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

  • Getting Started: Since Tarot spreads, cleansing, and Omamori creation are individual spiritual and material work, once we begin working directly on your order, no refunds will be given. You can only cancel an order with a full refund before we begin processing it.

 

4. Special cases and damage during transportation
 

We put our heart and soul into packaging each magical package, but we understand that force majeure may occur during the delivery process.

  • If an Omamori amulet or any other physical item was damaged during shipping, we will handle each situation individually.

  • Depending on the individual spiritual value of this damage (how severely the sacred and aesthetic integrity of the item has been affected), you will be given a partial or full refund.

  • Refunds in such cases are made within 1 calendar month from the moment the damage is recorded and agreed upon.
